About these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Neon Fox Inc., a Canadian corporation that operates Episetta. They apply when you visit Episetta, create an account, stream an episode, or buy a full-series pass. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Episetta.
Age and availability
Episetta is intended for viewers aged 16 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age shown for your country and are legally able to agree to these terms. A parent or legal guardian must approve use where applicable law requires it. Content, payment methods, and purchases may not be available in every country.
Watching and accounts
You may watch the episodes marked as free without creating a recoverable account. You need a supported account to buy a pass, restore paid access on another device, or use account features. Keep access to your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission. Do not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that gives another person paid access.
Full-series passes
A full-series pass is a one-time purchase for the series, paid episodes, price, and currency shown before Checkout. It is not a subscription and does not include coins, credits, or ownership of the series. An active pass has no scheduled expiry, but it provides a personal, non-transferable right to stream the covered episodes through Episetta while we are legally and technically able to make them available. It does not include a download or a permanent copy.
Payments and refunds
Neon Fox Inc. is the seller and merchant of record. Stripe processes payment details and may present taxes or supported payment methods at Checkout. Episetta does not receive your full card number. Purchases are generally final after digital access is supplied, subject to the Refund Policy and any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be limited.
Your permission to use Episetta
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Episetta and stream available content for personal, non-commercial viewing. Neon Fox Inc. and its licensors keep all rights in the service, shows, video, audio, captions, artwork, branding, software, and related materials. No other rights are granted.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, download, record, rebroadcast, sell, publicly perform, scrape, or redistribute Episetta content except where law expressly permits it. Do not bypass access controls, share protected playback links, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, use stolen payment details, or use Episetta for an unlawful purpose.
Changes and interruptions
Streaming depends on your network, device, browser, location, and third-party services. We may change or interrupt the service, correct errors, or remove content when required by rights, law, security, safety, or operations. We do not arbitrarily revoke active paid access. If we permanently withdraw paid content, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where we reasonably believe an account is compromised, payment is fraudulent or disputed, these terms have been materially breached, or continued access would create legal or security risk. A full refund or payment dispute ends the associated pass unless an audited support grant remains active. You may stop using Episetta at any time or delete your account through Account.
Service limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Episetta is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free playback, compatibility with every device or in-app browser, or continued availability of every title in every territory. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Responsibility for loss
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Fox Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Episetta. Any limit in these terms does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Episetta, our providers, or legal requirements. We will change the date above and give additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively; continuing to use Episetta after they take effect means you accept the revised terms.
