Our commitment
Neon Fox Inc. wants people with disabilities to be able to watch and manage Episetta independently. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our current approach and is not a formal claim that every page conforms.
What we build for
Episetta is designed for keyboard and touch use, screen-reader labels, visible focus, browser zoom and text scaling, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion preferences, and layouts that adapt from small phones to desktop screens. Swipe gestures are never the only way to move between episodes.
Captions
Every published episode is required to include human-reviewed English captions. You can turn captions on or off from the player, and Episetta remembers the preference on a best-effort basis in your browser or account. Caption timing or wording problems can be reported through the contact below.
Keyboard controls
Move focus to the player, then press Space to play or pause. Press Arrow Down or Page Down for the next episode and Arrow Up or Page Up for the previous episode. The seek control works with standard keyboard commands. The show’s episode catalogue also provides ordinary links for direct navigation.
Known limitations
Video playback, social sign-in, and Stripe Checkout can behave differently in mobile in-app browsers and third-party pages. We test supported mobile and desktop browsers, but some combinations of browser, assistive technology, and provider interface may still create barriers. We prioritize issues that block playback, captions, purchase, account access, or recovery.

If something is difficult to use, email hello@episetta.com. Tell us the page or episode, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—your device, browser, and assistive technology. Please do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or payment details.
Response and alternatives
We will review accessibility feedback and respond in an accessible format on request. Where a barrier cannot be fixed immediately, we will try to provide the same information or service another reasonable way.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is part of content publication, interface review, and browser testing. We review captions, keyboard operation, focus, text scaling, reduced motion, and key viewing and account journeys as Episetta changes.
